The Lion in Winter

1183 year. During the Christmas festivities the aging king Henry II must name his successor. This event arrive the king's wife Eleanor of Aquitaine, who spent ten years in prison for participating in a conspiracy against the monarch, the king's mistress — vain Princess STE, her brother, the king of France Philip II Augustus, and the three sons of Henry II: Richard the Lionheart, Geoffrey and John. All family members hate each other. They are United by only one — exorbitant thirst for power and willingness to go to any betrayal for her.
