Residents of a quiet American town witness a dazzling flash and fall of a huge object. A few days later boy named Hogarth Hughes finds in the vicinity of the giant robot that came to Earth from distant space galaxies. Despite its fearsome appearance, the alien visitor is good creature. Between him and the brave boy is tied true friendship. But having learned about the existence of the robot government and military decided to destroy the alien. Hogarth — the only one who can save the steel giant.
