Sullivan's Travels

John Lloyd Sullivan, a successful Comedy in Hollywood, intends to make a serious film. He believes that the world today is so much suffering and grief that people are not laughing. In search of a plot for the new film "where are you, brother! "John decides on one coin in his pocket and beggarly rags to drive all of America to fully experience what poverty and deprivation. In the first café he discovers that he has lost even the the only coin that was with him. Comes to the aid of an incredibly beautiful blonde in evening dress, which he will share all the joys and sorrows of his amazing quest for the truth.
